Guinness foreign extra stout

Guinness foreign extra stout
Guinness foreign extra stout — 0.5 litres, glass bottle

Guinness Foreign Extra Stout is the richest and strongest beer in the classic Guinness range, originally developed for export in the 19th century. Its deep flavour, full texture and intense roasted notes have made it well known among dark-beer drinkers worldwide.

Brewed with dark roasted barley, selected hops and Irish water. Its higher alcohol content and strength helped preserve its taste during lengthy transport, contributing to its international reputation.

Taste: rich and full, with pronounced roasted malt, coffee, dark chocolate and caramel notes. A soft malty opening develops into a dry, lightly hoppy finish, balancing sweetness and bitterness.
Aroma: deep coffee and chocolate notes, with hints of dried fruit and spice.
Colour: black with ruby highlights and a dense, creamy head.

Serve at 8–10°C. Pairs well with grilled meat, oysters, chocolate desserts and mature cheeses.

Guinness Foreign Extra Stout is a bold, characterful stout with a long history: dark, rich and balanced, it reflects the traditions of Irish brewing.
