Paulaner Weissbier is one of Germany's best-known wheat beers. It is brewed to a traditional Bavarian recipe with selected wheat malt and a special yeast culture that gives it a cloudy appearance and a rich aroma.
Soft ripe-banana and clove notes lead the flavour, complemented by gentle sweetness and refreshing acidity. The body is velvety and balanced, with a pleasant creamy head that lasts in the glass.
Aroma: fruity and spicy, combining banana, citrus and bread crust.
Colour: cloudy gold with a thick white head.
